Dear Coach:
We are pleased to invite your team to the Tenth Annual Bella Vista Bronco Cross Country Invitational (Bronco Invitational) to be held on Saturday, October 17th at the Willow Hill Cross Country Course in Folsom. It is our goal to provide your team with an enjoyable and competitive experience on this challenging layout in the rolling hills adjacent to the Folsom High School campus. The Willow Hill Cross Country Course has become the site for numerous “high caliber” competitions including the 2009 CIF Sac-Joaquin Section (Section) Championships. Attending the Bronco Invitational will provide your team with the opportunity to compete on this facility in a competitive environment similar to that they will experience at the Section Championships one month later.
On our website (http://www.bvtrack.com/) you can find the current status of your entry into the Bronco Invitational. Simply putting the Bronco Invitational onto your school schedule on Athletic.net does not guarantee your entry into the meet. In order to be “confirmed” you must either: (1) submit the “Notice of Intent to Enter Form” by facsimile or e-mail; or (2) provide the same information via e-mail to Steve Fagundes at bvxcountry@sbcglobal.net. We are requesting this information for athlete participation from your school to make sure that each race is of a manageable size due to start-finish line constraints. Once the maximum number of athletes has been reached, the Bronco Invitational will be closed. As such, we request you submit the requested information in a timely manner, but no later than Friday, October 2, 2009, to ensure your school’s participation. Once we have received “Notice of Intent to Enter” information we will confirm your school’s entry on our website and www.athletic.net and your athletes can be entered into the Bronco Invitational.
