Description
Start is in a wide open grass field that becomes a dirt/grass road. Small portions of the courses are on dirt/gravel roads but mostly on packed dirt with some sandy roads. Variety of hills depending on the course. Two coures have a muddy quagmire.
Weather Weather has always been ideal. Cool mornings with sunny afternoons. Pefect for a day at the beach

We are "Celebrating the Sport of Cross Country" for the 20th year with the 2009 Three Course Challenge. Thank you for choosing our meet. This year in particular there are numerous high quality meets on this same date. While each meet has much to offer we here at Seaside know the Three Course is unique in our courses, scoring format and all we have to offer surrounding the event itself. There is no doubt that you, your runners and fans will have a experince that will become a memory from your time at the Three Course Challenge.
