The practice meet Sat. morning will be @ Veteran's Park in SW Arlington. I have a 1600m loop for the girls & JH kiddos. The HS boys will have an 800m loop in the middle to add up with the 1600m one for 2400m. We will start everyone @ 8:00am. All runners should be @ the park no later than 7:15. For all those I'm coaching, that means NO LATER than 7:15.

 

As some of you know, the unofficial name for this meet is the IHOP Season Opener. Those who've been around know what that means, IHOP breakfast afterwards. Everyone is invited. We'll be going to the IHOP @ Little Rd & I-20.
