Date: Saturday October 3, 2009 Location: Rooster Rock State Park (off I-84)
Course opens at 8 am with the first race beginning at 10 am.
9:15 am — Coaches Meeting (in Shelter A)
10:00 am — JV Girls 10:45 am --JV Boys
11:30 am — Varsity Girls 12:15 pm — Varsity Boys
1:00 pm — Awards
Varsity races are limited to ten (10) runners while JV races have unlimited entries. All entries
will be done through Athletic.net by 3:00 PM on Friday September 25th.
Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in the Varsity races and individual awards will be
given to the top 10 runners in each race.
Course Description: All runners will race 5000m. The course consists of two 2500m loops
and is almost all grass with a few short stretches of concrete. The terrain is rolling hills and
is run along side the beautiful Columbia River. Spectators and coaches will find the course is
very viewer friendly. Indoor restrooms are available
Note: The park charges a parking fee of $3.00 per vehicle.

$80 per school (parking admission for one team bus is included in this entry fee) Please
