Welcome to the 2009 Lynx Invitational. This year, the format will change slightly, but the course will remain the same for the 5 kilometer course. We will need an approximate number of athletes so we may order chips. If you plan on attending the Lynx Invitational, please let me know an approximate number of athletes by the end of the first week of practice (5:00p August 7th, 2009). Any team not that has not made contact about number of athletes, may not be invited as we will be limited by the number of chips available after the order is made.
All race entries are due 5:00p Tues. Sept. 1st 2009. Any changes made on athletic.net after this time will NOT be in effect. You will need to manually change them the morning of the race.

8:30a - Coach's meeting (Kincaid Bunker by Chalet)
9:00a - Boys College / Community
9:30a - Girls College/ Community
10:00a - Boys Open
10:30a - Girls Open
11:00a - Boys Junior Varsity
11:30a - Girls Junior Varsity
12:00p - Boys Varsity
12:30p - Girls Varsity
1:00p - Awards
The course: Blue - Yellow - Pink - Yellow - Green
Very spectator friendly course and spike course. There are two tunnels with pavement, but overall, the course is dirt/grass. The race ventures through the stadium multiple times.
