Schedule:    2:00     Middle School Girls (all J.H. grades) 1.5 Miles

                        2:25     Middle School Boys (all J.H. grades) 1.5 Miles

2:50     Frosh Soph Girls (9^th & 10^th only) 2.4 Miles

3:20     Frosh Soph Boys (9^th & 10^th only) 2.4 Miles

3:45     JV Girls 2.4 Miles

3:50   Middle School Awards

4:15      JV Boys 2.4 Miles

4:40     Varsity Girls    2.4 miles (limited to 7 runners per team)

5:05     Varsity Boys    2.4 miles (limited to 7 runners per team)

5:30   High School Awards

Course:        We have made some more changes in the course!

              The course runs on grass and dirt with gradual hills in Shastice Park and the Mt. Shasta High School campus.

       Middle School Awards:

Medals for teams placing 1^st, 2^nd (up to 7 per team).

Medals for first 5 runners not on teams receiving medals.

Participant ribbons for any runner that does not medal.

Custom Ceramic Team trophy for the 1^st place team in each race.

High School Awards:     

                   Medals for Varsity teams placing 1^st, 2^nd (up to 7 per team).

                                Medals for J.V. and Frosh-Soph teams placing 1^st (up to 7 per team).

Medals for first 5 individual runners not on teams receiving medals.

Custom Ceramic Team trophy for the 1^st place team in each race.

Entry fee:    $5.00 per runner.  ($150.00 maximum per school)
