Feather Falls Survival Run @ Feather Falls State Rec. Area (HS)

Welcome to the Feather Falls Survival Run.  This run is used as a "team" building event that takes place at the Feather Falls State Recreation Area.  For directions, go to the California State Parks website.  The run will begin at the parking area at Feather Falls around 9:00 a.m.  We will meet at Las Plumas High School at 8:00 a.m. and then carpool to Feather Falls and then back to Las Plumas at the end.  All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.  If you cannot run, then you may walk in and out of the falls.  Dress for "cool" weather in the morning, but then have the ability to peel off clothing towards the end of the trek because if usually warms up by then.  Bring plenty of water.  I would like to invite any other schools to join us as well.  This is the highlight of the early season, and the trails and the view of the falls are awesome! 

At the end of the run, we will have a barbeque for all that have participated and then depart somewhere around 1:00.
