Dear Coach:
We are pleased to invite your team to the Eleventh Annual Bella Vista Bronco Cross Country Invitational (Bronco Invitational) to be held on Saturday, October 16th at the Willow Hill Cross Country Course in Folsom. It is our goal to privide your team with an enjoyable and competitive experience on this challenging layout in the rolling hills adjacent to the Folsom High School campus. The Willow Hills Cross Country Course has become the site for numerous high caliber competitions including the 2010 CIF Sac Joaquin Section Championships. Attending the Bronco Invitational will provide your team with the opportunity to compete on this facility in a competitive environment similar to that they will experience at the Section Championships one month later.

All meet information can be found at our meet web site. Follow this link - http://www.bvtrack.com/bronco_cc_invitational.htm for an understanding of how to properly go through the entry process. Check back often on the "List of Scheduled Schools" page to view your entry status, entry fee status etc. A quick explaination of the entry process is below.

Just because you have the Bronco Invitational on your athletic.net calendar does not mean that your team is entered in the meet. You must go through the entry process below before your entry is confirmed.

Please mail or FAX the "Notice of Intent to Enter Form" or submit the same information by emailing Brett Sargent at bvxc09@yahoo.com as soon as possible, but it must be received no later that Friday, October 1, 2010. We need to have this information on the approximate number of athletes competing from your school in each race to make sure each race is of a manageable size due to start-finish line constraints.

Once the total number of athletes entered for any race using this information exceeds the maximum capacity of the start-finish line, the Invitational will be closed.

When we have received your "Notice of Intent to Enter" information, your school will be "Confirmed" on www.athletic.net and you can begin to enter your athletes into the Invitational.
