ENTER ALL RUNNERS on www.athletic.net by SEPTEMBER 22, 2010. ENTRY FEE for this years Invitational is $100....or $60 for BOYS only team, $60 for Girls only team. Mail entry fee to BELLEVUE HIGH SCHOOL, c/o Coach John Hill, 10416 SE Wolverine Way, Bellevue WA 98004-6698 make check payable to BELLEVUE HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY. 9:00 A.M. COACHES MEETING @ packet pick-up FINISH LINE/RESULTS CENTER....coffee and baked goods available to all Coaches....RESULTS will be posted onto www.athletic.net at completion of the meet, and posted on concession stand wall throughout the day.
2:00 P.M. COMMUNITY RUN for all NON-HIGH SCHOOL TEAM runners...Coaches...parents....COMMUNITY are welcome to participate......no official results will be posted but OFFICIAL TIME clock will run at finish line so runners can see their finish time.
2:30 P.M. TEAM AWARDS.....TOP THREE JUNIOR VARSITY and TOP THREE VARSITY Boys & Girls TEAMS will be announced at this time......INDIVIDUAL AWARDS in ALL HIGH SCHOOL EVENTS (H.S. OPEN, J.V. & Varsity) will be handed out at END of finish chute.
EVENT SCORING: JUNIOR VARSITY EVENTS-TOP 5 score.....VARSITY FLIGHTS.....ALL 8 runners count to final TEAM score.
COURSE....is 5K distance....90% grass/sand and dirt...with a little asphalt TWO loops of Lake Sammamish State Park......very dry and FAST in September!
TRAINER will be on site....please bring your own tape/wrap if you have it.....
WATER available at FINISH line area.....
