Our summer conditioning program is sneaking up on us quickly! All ages, abilities and goals are welcome! We will run anywhere between 1 and 7 miles, varying for abilities and incorporate strength training, plyometrics, and some good core movements as well.
Practice will be at 0700 at Elijah Bristow State Park, Monday, Wednesday and Friday to begin with. If the gate is open, park at the bathrooms, if not, park at the gate. Practices should run about an hour, but may go longer until we get our rhythm down.
