Hi everyone, any important information can be found right here on athletic net. Make sure you bookmark this page. I hope summer is going well, but it is time to start your summer training. For the month of June I would like all runners to get back in shape. You are all to run 4 days a week!!!!! For experienced runners I would like to see 3, 40 minute runs and 1 50 minute run. No speed work is necessary in June. For beginners, you should work up to being able to 45 minutes without stopping, do not worry about pace.
Starting in July we will have volunteery morning runs 2 or 3 times per week at Damascus Regional Park (basketball Court) at 7:00am. There will not be a coach and attendance is optional!!!! There may be 10 that show up or none, its just an opportunity to run and meet your teammates.
First day of official practice will be Saturday August 17th at 7:00-9:00 am. Have all physicals and forms to me that day. No one will be permitted to practice without these forms.
