Aloha,
We're embarking on another year or Cross Country at King Kekaulike. This will be my 6th year coaching the girls team and 5th year coaching the boys team. What makes this year unique and challenging is the adjustment to the "year round" schedule. It was just weeks ago that we ended the track season and here we are now starting out cross country. So, dust off those shoes, bring your workout gear and meet at the tree near the scoreboard at the track.
By the way, bring a friend or two.
