Workouts Monday Jully 23-28
Mon. 10 to 15 long hill 300's on the long grassy hill next to the dirt trails. Push for strength and endurance. Walk and jog down for recovery.Do not forget your water!!!
Tuesday. 30 minute swarm recovery run on flat grassy surface
Wed. Golf course six
Thursday swarm course fly on the down hills.
Friday 20x200 40 -45 seconds 200 jog recovery
Sat. 6-10 miles
Be Sure To Get 3-5 Miles in every night. This separates competators from just happy to be here participants. Both the men's and women's teams can win Region this year .
