Coaches,
Welcome to the third and final attempt of the Eaton Invite. Entries are due at Noon on Tuesday. Meet will start at 3:30 pm for field events and running events. We will have a coaches meeting at 3:00 pm at the finish line tent. It is possible we might need a little help to run the meet. We are hoping to get enough workers, but if not we might ask for a little help, at least with the exchange zones. Once your entries are done make sure you double check and make sure everything is correct. I usually make a hard copy just for my self to double check kids and marks. We are also doing a boys 800 sprint medley just for fun, no scoring or ribbons. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at my email which is refco10@yahoo.com or my cell 970-381-1999. Also remember that if you do use over ride times, it the time is a FAT time you need to put an a behind the time or .24 seconds will be added to the time. Example 12.04a.
Field Events will start at 3:30 with the Girls Discus, Boys Shot, Girls Triple Jump and Boys Pole Vault. Followed by Girls Shot, Boys Discus, Boys Triple Jump, Girls Long Jump. Boys will Pole Vault First followed by Girls. Girls will High Jump first followed by the Boys. One hour and forty five minute open pit for shot, discus, long jump and triple jump. Time frame is 3:30-5:15 and 5:30 to 7:15pm.
