Coaches,
A few notes:
-
entries are due on March 22nd by 7:00pm
-
field events will start at 9:00, varsity track events will start at approximately 9:30
-
you are allowed one varsity relay in each relay
-
you are allowed up to 2 JV relays in the 4x800, 4x100, and 4x400
-
JV relays will check in a the bullpen, they will not be entered online
-
do not ask for more than 2 relays
-
JV 4x800's will begin at 9:00
-
long and triple jump will be run as an open pit, all athletes need to get their mark in the first 15 minutes of the pit and then can return at any time during the open pit to make their 4 jumps
-
girls long jump 9:00-10:20
-
boys long jump 10:30-11:50
-
girls triple jump 12:00-1:20
-
boys triple jump 1:30-3:00
-
girls HJ, boys PV will be first with the opposite gender to follow
-
boys shot put, girls discus will be first with the opposite gender to follow
-
throwing events will have 3 throws with the top 7 returning for 3 additional throws
-
make sure you have your payment processed and sent to us prior to the meet
-
top 3 will receive medals and 4-6 will receive ribbons
-
top 2 teams in each gender will receive a plaque
-
in the 100, 110H, 100H the top 8 will advance from semis to finals, on time only
-
the 200 will only have a final
-
only scratches will be taken the day of the meet, there are no substituations after the 22nd
For seeding purposes...because this is the first meet for most of you I am asking that you use common sense and good judgement in entering your athletes.
