*Please have entries on athletic.net by 11:30 on Thursday (4/28).
*Any scratches or additions will be taken care of with the clerk at the starting line for running events or at the individual field events. Check in for running events is at the starting line of the event.
*PHill false start rule: If an athlete false starts they will still be allowed to run but will not be scored.
*We will not wait for athletes who are late to their event.
*We have 8 sets of nice blocks, you will not need to bring your own unless you want to take care of them yourself.
*We have a camera at the finish line as part of our timing system. Everyone should stay away from the finish line during the races.
*We will not print out results during the meet, they will be posted on athletic.net after the meet. The top three will be announced.
*We have covered stands if the weather is bad.
*A concession stand will be open.
*In the 4x100 relay we ask that a coach from each team cover one of the exchange zones.
*Depending on numbers the distance races may be co-ed.
*Upon arrival there will be a meet program available to the coaches with heats, lane assignments, etc..
*We will not use lane 8 as it is not in very good shape.
*Remind your athletes of the no jewelry rule and the no electronics rule please.
