J.V. Track Meet: Post Falls, Coeur d’ Alene, Lake City, Timberlake, and Lakeland

Tuesday April 5, 2011 at Post Falls High School

Field events and the 3200 meter run will begin at 3:00.

• The first heat will be the fast heat.
• No places or scores will be recorded in order to speed up the meet.
• We will not run the medley relay.
• All athletes will be given their time at the end of their race. It will be the athlete’s responsibility to give that time to their coaches.
• All field event athletes will be given their marks, so they can give them to their coaches.
•  Athletes will be given 4 throws in the shot and discus with no finals.
• Athletes will be given 3 jumps in the long and triple with no finals.
• The long and triple jump will be open pit.
