MEET SCHEDULE/PROCEDURES

Field events begin at 4:00; Track events begin at 4:30.

*All of Discus will take place prior to Javelin (same throwing areas)
*All of Long-Jump will take place prior to Triple-Jump
* The Javelin runway is grass

* BRING YOUR OWN BLOCKS IF YOU WANT NICE ONES (ours are really old)

VARSITY
-3 jumps/throws in the preliminary round
-Top 4 athletes make it to finals, where they are awarded 3 more jumps/throws    

JV
-Only 3 jumps/throws total

                                                          *will take place after discus

Pole Vault             Boys  then  Girls

High Jump                Girls   the Boys

Long Jump                 Boys/Girls Varsity & JV (OPEN PIT) OVER AT 5:45

Triple Jump               Boys/Girls Varsity & JV (OPEN PIT)- 6PM START TIMEW
                                                           * will take place after long-jump

4:30 Running events :
GIRLS VAR, GIRLS JV, BOYS VAR, BOYS JV (will try to combine some of the distance events if needed)
