Times: Field Events – 3:45 pm, Running Events – 4:00 pm and Coaches Meeting – 3:20 pm
Entries: Two athletes per event from each school and one relay team – we will be using athletic.net for the entry process. Contact Maurice Vick if you have questions – ufgatz@aol.com
The entry deadline will be Monday, April 18th @ 2:00 pm. There will be no additions at the Coaches’ Meeting.
Buses: Buses will not be allowed to enter the parking lot until after 2:30 pm.
Awards: 1st and 2nd place team awards for Varsity and JV division
Individual medals for top 3 places in each event
Fees: $25 per level and gender. (For example, a team entering a boy’s varsity and JV team would pay $50. A team entering both boys and girls and varsity and JV teams would pay $100.)

Rules: We will follow the MSHSAA and NFHS rules

Other Important Information:
Entries: If an athlete participates in a varsity event, then he/she is not allowed to compete in J.V. events.
Spikes: 1/4 inch spikes are the maximum length
Trainer: Our athletic trainer will be on site to help throughout the meet.
Lockers: All teams should arrive dressed. No locker rooms will be available.
Restrooms: Will be available and are located next the concession stand.
Concessions: Will also be available.
Scoring: We will score 8 places: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Tents: Only allowed in designated areas.
Work Asn. We will need one coach from each team available to work the event.
Field Events:
Contestants should report to the event location when the event is announced.
