Coaches: We will start field events @ 3:45, running to follow at 4:00---We plan to have fully automatic timing and will follow the OSAA order of events. Please keep athletes and coaches away from the finish line. To offset the cost of automatic timing, paid helpers and awards we will charge $100 per team or $10 per athlete whichever is less. Teams hosting Lost River at any meet this year is exempt from the fee. We will score through 8 places and award medals to first and ribbons through sixth. Due to the number of schools please limit your running entries to 3 and field entrants to 3 unless you are a member of the SCL Hybrid. League teams limit runners to 4 and field eventers to 5, but only the top 3 will score. All schools may enter a second non scoring team in both relays. If the weather is nice we will hold a weight man 4x100 co-ed relay after the 300 hurdles-no more that 2 teams per school--(2 boys/ 2girls) may borrow from other schools if necessary. Please enter by Saturday night the 23rd of April. We will take adds or changes until 8:00 a.m. Monday the 25th. You may only scratch after that. NO ADDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS on meet day. All runners showing up late for their race will be scratched. We will post results as soon as possible following the meet. Awards will not be available until the following day. Additional info will be in your packets available at the meet. It is rumored to be 85 degrees with absolutely no wind so bring your sun screen.
