Welcome to our one and only Tuesday meet of 2011. The meet will start at 4:00 with field events. Running events will start as close to 4:30 as possible. All field events will be open-pit, but please try to have athletes finish their field events as quickly as possible. Running events will be seeded and timed via FAT. However, no immediate results will be available until it is posted back on Athletic.net that evening. If you want times for your athletes, time them yourself. There will be no PA system available, so no announcements. We will fire two starting pistol shots 5 minutes before the 4x100 relay. That will be your signal to get your athletes to the running events. All remaining events will flow in order. If your athlete fails to show for their event, they will be scratched from that event.
Scratches and additions can be made anytime up until the start of the event, either with the event judge or with the running events clerk. If additions or substitutions are made, we need to make sure we have the first and last names of the athletes, as well as the school.
Please park your buses in the elementary school parking lot, which is just west of the track. Camps must be set up on the outside of the fence. Please be sure to police your area of trash.
Have your entries posted and updated as much as you can by Monday, April 11 by 8:00 PM. Any changes after that will have to be done at the meet. To get the results posted, I enter all the results and check all the video that evening, which can be a fairly lengthy process. The fewer changes I need to make as far as adds, subs, and scratches go, the easier my evening becomes.
