Onsted Booster Invite

Onsted Wildcat Booster Invitational information:

2:30 Coaches scratch meeting

3:00 field events (Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump)

4:00 preliminaries / semis if needed (100, hurdles, 200)

5:00 3200m relay (approx time for Girls Shot, HJ, PV)

5:30 semi-finals? (100, hurdles, 200)

6:30 Finals (will run ahead of schedule if possible)

Scoring:  10-8-6-4-2-1 for all events, including relays, medals 1^st -6^th places

LJ:  open pit for one hour, three attempts, top 7 to finals for three more attempts.

            Girls LJ 3:00-4:00, Finals at 4:15 pm

Shot Put:  three throws (2 then 1), top 7 to finals, 3 more throws

Discus:  same as Shot Put

PV:  opening 7’, then 6” raise

HJ:  opening at 4’ 2”, raise 3”, 2”, 2”
