Athletes:
Sign up at your field event PRIOR to the start of the event. Be ready to start competition at the event starting time. Have your warm ups & run throughs done prior to the scheduled starting time.
Runners report to the starting area to be set into heats. Hand times will be recorded rounded up to the tenth at the finish line. If heats are needed, we will attempt to have the faster athletes in the last heat.
Scoring: 6,4,3,2,1 Relays; 6,4,2
NOTE: All-comers mile relay at the conclusion of the meet. We can put together teams during the boys & girls 3200m.
