Place: Fort Zumwalt West High School
Time: 3:10PM (Coaches Meeting)
Due to the high volume of after school traffic exiting the parking lot, buses will not be allowed to enter the parking lot until after 2:30 PM.
Entries: One (1) relay Team per school. Field Relays will consist of teams of four (4) with the top three distances/ heights calculated for places. Teams of three (3) may be entered
Deadline: April 5, 2011@2:00 p.m. is the deadline for finalizing Entries for the J.V.
Jaguar Relays. There will not be any adds at the Coaches Meeting
Rules: We will follow the M.S.H.S.A.A. and N.F.H.S. rules.

April 5, 2011@ 2:00 p.m. is the deadline for finalizing entries for the J.V. Jaguar Relays.

Coaches meeting will be held at 3:10 p.m in front of the press box.

Please include your email address with your entries. We will use these to mail results.

Junior Varsity results will be available the following day.

Coaches will be assigned work assignments. If you are not able to fulfill your work assignment you may switch with another school. Please notify John Cunningham or Barb Delgado if you are not able to switch.

All four (4) members of the field relay team(s) will be awarded a medal.

We will follow M.S.H.S.A.A. and N.F.H.S. handbook rules.

IF AN ATHLETE PARTICIPATES IN THE VARSITY MEET HE/SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO COMPETE IN THE J.V. MEET AND VICE VERSA.

All teams should come dressed. LOCKER ROOMS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

Restrooms will be provided.

Our trainer will be available for your convenience throughout the meet(s).

The Fort Zumwalt West Booster Club will sell concession.

Coaches, please keep all athletes, not competing in an event, in the stands.

Tents must be placed in designated areas only.

We will score 8 places: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

¼” spikes only on the track and runways.

Boys Triple Jump (Cafeteria Style – 1.5 Hours)
Girls Discus Relay (In Flights)

Boys High Jump (Starting Height 4’10”)
Girls Pole Vault (Starting Height 6’ 0”)
Boys Long Jump (Cafeteria Style – 1.5 Hours, 4 jumps)

Ø Boy’s discus and Girls Shot will begin at the completion of above mentioned events.
Ø Special Entry Instructions
Ø The 4 x 200 will serve as entry for the 8 x 200
Ø Sprint Medley 2-2-4-8 will serve as entry for the Middle Distance 800m Medley
Ø 4 x 300 will serve as your team entry into this relay. You will also have to enter your athletes in the 300.
Ø The Distance Medley 12-4-8-16 will serve as entry for the Co-Ed Distance Medley
