These results represent 4 meets held on April 2, 2011.
TIMES were uploaded as reported (ie not rounded up to the nearest tenth) but were assumed to be hand-timed. Fully automatic timing is quite rare among meets of international schools, so race times are assumed not to be FAT unless specifically declared by the meet officials in the meet report.
The NFHS Rules Book says that (Rule 1 Section 9 Article 4) says that unless a fully automatic timing system is used, times must be rounded up to the nearest tenth before being reported to the scorer's table and then reported to the media (such as athletic.net).
Furthermore, Rule 1 Section 9 Article 2 says that if hand timing is used, the official time is the middle time of 3 watches, or the time recorded on 2 watches if they agree; the slower of 2 watches is also acceptable. Of course records must also pass the test of having wind under 2 meters per second. Multiple watches recording the winning time is also quite rare in international school competition.
Coaches: If your meet used a FAT system, please log-on and mark the times of your athletes as "FAT".
Coaches: Also, mostly likely there were many 4th place finishers and JV runners who do not appear below. Perhaps they would enjoy seeing their competition histories entered on Athletic.net too.
