Order of running events: A girls, A boys, AAA girls then AAA boys except for the hurdles then A girls, AAA girls, A boys, then AAA boys.

Field Event and 3200m medals will be awarded at the event upon its conclusion
Running Event medals will be presented on the awards
stand at the conclusion of each event.
All plaques will be presented at the conclusion of the meet. Plaques will be awarded for Champion, Runner-up, and all relays.

High Jump Waco Parkview, Happy Hill, Kingdom Prep
Long Jump Tyler Street, Fulton, Full Armor, Regents
Triple Jump Ft. Worth Covenant, Stonegate, Longview, Waxahachie
(tapes, rakes, clipboards will be supplied; make sure you have two adults plus kids to mark, rake or retrieve)
Weight implements will be pooled and remain until the end of the competition

Curve judges:
· 1st exchange on 4 x 1, break in on 800 and 4x4, lanes 1-3 on 4x2 (Lubbock)
· 2nd exchange on 4 x 1, lanes 4-7 on 4 x 2 (Bethesda)
· 3rd exchange on 4 x 1, watch curve on oval races (Calvary)
· Finish line exchange on the 4 x 2 and 4 x 4 (Lake Country)
The appeals committee for 3A will be the athletic directors or their designee from Lake Country, Amarillo San Jacinto, Covenant, and Bethesda.
The appeals committee for 1A will be the athletic directors or their designee from Tyler Street, The Fulton School, Wichita Falls, Xian and Brownwood Victory Life.
We will provide the usually stuff at breakfast for coaches and workers as well as lunch.
Turn in dates:
§ March 9th – TAPPS eligibility form faxed to PCA and TAPPS (using TAPPSTER)
§ On or before April 20th(noon)– individuals are to be entered into events on the athletic.net website; may switch individuals around in events but not add any athletes into events after this date
§ After April 20th (noon) – Email any switches in individual events to www.cbrady@libertychristian.com. After 10pm, all individual entries are set
§ April 21st – may only scratch people out of races on meet day, may still change people on relays
§ April 22nd is fall back date in case of bad weather
Rule reminders:
§ You can enter five events but no more than three running events counting relays.
§ You can enter only two circle races as an individual event (400, 800, 1600, 3200)
§ The “fair effort rule” is in effect for running finals for which there is a prelim; if you qualified for a final race, you must give a fair effort to run the race or be disqualified for the remainder of the meet.
§ No jewelry may be worn during competition, tattoos must be covered
§ No cameras, cell phones etc. may be used as aides in the field events
§ Make sure that your athletes are able to hear the PA communications so that they report on time for their events.
The times that you submit for seeding purposes for all running events need to be verifiable – the time took place at an actual meet; otherwise do not submit a time
