MEET INFORMATION
Date/Time: Monday, May 23, 2011. Meet starts at 4:30PM
Site: Davies Field – Grandville Middle School
3535 Wilson Ave, Grandville MI 49418
NOTE – the meet is NOT at Calvin Christian HS
Format: Regular 17 event format.
JV: Means not conference, regional, state participants* -- use your judgement. *What if a kid
ran a leg on the 8th place 4x800 is he/she eligible to come? If you think they
should have the opportunity -- use good judgement. It is meant to let the next level
of kid get some exposure.
Timing: Finishlynx FAT timing will be used with HyTek scoring software.
ALL ATHLETES WILL BE TIMED IN EACH HEAT.
Scoring: Will score to 6 places. (10,8,6,4,2,1)
Awards: 1. Trophy to 1st place team.
2. Medals to top 3 each individual event.
3. Medals to top 3 in relays.
Results: Will be available shortly after the meet as well as on www.athletic.net.
Admission: $3
Coaches Meeting: There will be a brief coaches meeting at 3:45 in the shed on the south end of the track by concessions. Final scratches/changes must be turned in at this meeting.
Prelims: There are NO prelims – all events are final and faster heats will run last based on entry times.

4:30 Field Events
5:00 Running Events – MHSAA format. 3200 relay 1st/Girls 1st
Track: 6 lane, bumpy, lots of character, but in a setting that is VERY protected from the wind!
Field Events: Girls first in discus & long jump.
Boys first in high jump, pole vault, and shot put.
Entries: Entries will be done on www.athletic.net. Please add “Calvin Christian JV Meet” to your schedule. Due by 5:00 PM Thursday May 19th.
Athlete Check In: Athletes will check in at the North end of the track with a clerk.
Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer will NOT be present. Please bring your own supplies to assist athletes.
Entry Fees: $110 both teams, $55 one team.
Concessions: Will be open.
