2 meets combined - North Kanto and south Kanto regions (purple), based on qualifying in Prefectural meets.
Results below only represent schools with significantly competitive middle distance programs. There are hundreds of high schools in the region not included in the results below. Tokyo alone has 450 high schools, although only a small percentage actually have track and field teams.
NORTH and SOUTH finals are mixed together here. Qualifiers proceed to National championships in Iwate, Aug 3-7.
