AWARDS: Boys and Girls – Team Championship 1st and 2nd
MEDALS: Individual Medals – 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Medals and awards will be distributed at the end of the meet with the Coaches’ packet. Coaches will pick up their packets in the press box.
SCORING: Individual Points: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1
Relay Points: 20, 16, 12, 8, 4, 2
LUNCH: Lunch will be provided for coaches. Only four (4) meal tickets will be available during the scratch meeting.
PARKING: Buses will be drop off and loading only. Drop/Pick up in front of the gym. Directions to Offsite Parking at Stratus Properties: Turn left out of driveway onto Southwest Pkwy. Pass Foster Ranch Rd. Take the first driveway on the right into Stratus Properties. Parking Instructions might be altered, if rain exceeds expectations.
FEES: Entry fee is $100.00 per Varsity division. $100 per JV division or $350 for 4 teams. Please bring your check with you, if you have not already mailed it. Payable to St Andrew's Episcopal School.
T-SHIRTS: High quality running T Shirts will be available for purchase.
CONCESSIONS: Will be open at 8 am with breakfast tacos, Thundercloud Subs at lunch, BBQ, and hot dogs.
GENERAL
Enter your entries online no later than Wednesday, February 28, 2013.
Only 1/4” pyramid spikes may be used on the track and on the jumping surfaces. Any contestant in violation of this rule will be disqualified.
Starting blocks will be furnished. No other blocks maybe used. Athletes will be required to use starting blocks for all the races 400m and shorter, including 4 x 400m Relays.
There are limited dressing areas, so students should be dressed in their track attire. Valuables should not be left in dressing areas or on the field.
Entries will be limited to five per event
UIL and National Federation Track & Field rules will be in force.
Only completing contestants, coaches, and officials are permitted on the field.
All shots and discus must be weighted and marked.
No iPods, MP3 players, headphones etc. will be allowed in the stands, on the track, or on the field. All coaches are asked to serve as monitors to help enforce this rule.

Registration: Entry registration will be done at athletic.net. Deadline will be February 26, 2013
