NOTE - the girls and boys 4x100H and 4x110H Shuttle Hurdle Relays will be 4pm Friday, followed by 3200m runs and Field Events start at 4:15pm. There will be a non-scored extras race for 3200m girls and boys together following the last heat of the boys 3200m. There will also be a non-scored extras race for 1600m Saturday morning at 8:45am - girls and boys together!

8 Place Scoring / No doubling of relays
Entry Fee: $100 per boys division team / $100.00 per girls division team ($200 for both!) / $15.00 per individual for fewer than 7 athletes per division
SPC Individual Event Limits - 6 total events, no more than 4 of which may be running events (including relays) / Limit 1 Relay team per school per event
