Dear Coach/Athletic Director:

The 14th annual St. Charles West Varsity and JV Lady Warrior Track and Field Meet will be held on Wednesday, April 11th at SC West Stadium.
-
Field events will begin at 3:45 and running events will begin at 4:00. We will have a scratch meeting at 3:30 in the press box.
-
Teams will be allowed two entries per individual event and one per relay at each level.
-
Athletes may not cross over between the Varsity and JV Divisions.
-
Medals will be awarded to the top three places in each individual event and team trophies will be awarded for first and second places.
-
Each school is expected to provide at least one adult official to help run the meet.

Entries are due Monday April 9th at 2:00pm

All events will be run as finals.

We will also try to stick to a time schedule.

Please be sure your athletes use spikes that are 1/4” or less.

High Jump will be run 3-alive, pole vault 5-alive.

We will determine opening heights at the coaches meeting.

All field events will be run off as finals.

Athletes will receive 4 attempts in the long and triple jumps and in the throwing events (2-2).

Field event times: Long Jump 3:45-5:00

Discus 3:45 to completion; Shot Put following discus.
ENTRY FEE: $125 – 1 team (Varsity or JV only)
$225 – 2 teams (Varsity & JV)
