2012 Ron Resler Invitational Track Meet

Start time 3 pm (field events), 3:30 (running events)

Fee:                 $150 for Boys team/$150 for Girls team:  $275 for combined school teams.

                        $6.00/athlete for teams under 25 participants.

Entries:           Go to http://www.athletic.net  to enter athletes. All entries by 3 pm on March 28^th.

Each team is allowed three (3) athletes per running and field event, and one (1) team per relay.

NO ADDITIONS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THE March 28 DEADLINE: SUBSTITUTIONS ARE OKAY.

TEAM PACKETS IN THE PRESSBOX AREA PRIOR TO COACHES’ MEETING.

Scoring:          8 Places scored per event. 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 points.

                        FAT will be used: NTS-Timing

Awards:          Medals will be given to the top four finishers in each event.

Trophies will be awarded to the first and second place teams in the boys’ and girls’ divisions.

Warm-up Areas:        Contestants are not allowed in the event area until called to report by the event announcer. All athletes are to stay away from the finish line and on-going events, unless they are competing in the event.

Violators will risk disqualification from the meet and removal from the stadium.

Coaches Meeting:         at the finish line at 2:45 p.m.

Spikes:            3/16” or smaller spikes, pyramid or needle

Event results will be posted on the board by the concession stand after the results are entered and announced.

Presentation of trophies will be on the field in front of the stands at the conclusion of the meet.

Medals will be placed in a team packet and available at the awards stand at the end of the meet.
