We are charging a $100 entry fee to help offset costs. Entry fees must be sent to North Medford High School by April 6th. Please make checks out to North Medford Track

Entry Limits: Please check the entry limits below for each event.
Remember you must enter three members for the shuttle hurdle relays. No incomplete teams for this event.
All results will be uploaded to www.athletic.net after the meet, and paper results will not be available. We would prefer to make the meet as green as possible, but can make email copies of field event sheets upon request.
Safety: Parts of the infield is closed to all non-competitors. Coaches and athletes are allowed on the turf infield. No parents are allowed on the field. Non-competing athletes will not be allowed near the high jump, pole vault and long jump pits.
Javelin and Discus area: These areas will be completely closed to non-competitors and parents.
Flights in the field events will be arranged by schools. Flight order will be emailed out on Wednesday April 4th.
Entry Information: You must register for the meet on-line at www.athletic.net.
Very Important. Please read: Be sure to enter an override mark for each relay for seeding purposes--especially in the running events. A best guess is fine. We just want to make sure that teams are placed in the appropriate heat.
Have your final entries on the site by Friday April 1st at 7:00p.m
• You can make changes on the site (without contacting me) until 7:00 Friday night.
• NO ADDITIONS WILL BE ALLOWED SATURDAY MORNING. . Scratches and substitutions ONLY!

Conduct of Events
Javelin Relay 3 Entries -Three throws in rotation by flights. Flights, by school, 3 throws in rotation, then on to the next school.
Long Jump Relay 3 Entries -Top three individuals' jumps will count for a relay score. Jump one school at a time, four jumps in rotation, then on to the next school.
High Jump Relay 3 Entries -Top three entries per school will add together for team height. Girls High Jump will start at 4'2 and go up 2' until 5' and the 1". Boys High Jump will start at 5'4 and go up by 2" until 6' and 1"
Shop Put Relay 3 Entries -Top three individuals' puts will count for team relay score. Flights, by school, will put 4 puts in rotation, then on to the next school
Pole Vault 3 Entries-Top three individual vaults will count for team relay score. Girls Pole Vault will use two starting heights: 6'6" and 8'06" Boys Pole Vault will use two starting heights: 9' and 11'06
Triple Jump Relay 3 Entries: Top three individuals' jumps will count for a relay score. Jump one school at a time, four jumps in rotation, then on to the next school.
Discus 3 Entries: Top three individuals' throws will count for team relay score. Flights, by school, 3 throws in rotation, then on to the next school

Entry Limitations: A contestant shall not enter nor compete in for than four (4) events (track and/or field). Any number of these may be relays
