NUMBER OF ENTRIES:

            Three per event, you may enter one relay team in each relay.

ENTRY FORMATE AND DATE:

            We will be using athletic.net for registration and athlete entries.  Please register when it is determined that you will be attending this will give a good idea of numbers.  Have your athletes and their events entered by Wednesday April 4^th, 2012.  Changes may be made thru Thursday April 5^th, this will give us adequate time to download and get heats set.

ENTRY FEE:

            $100.00 for each school attending. 

TIMES:

            Scratch meeting – 8:30 a.m. (There will be no adding after April 5^th)

            Field events – 9:30 a.m.

            Prelims. – 10:00 a.m. (see page two for order of events of prelims and finals)

            Finals – Will begin 20 minutes after the last race of prelims.

FIELD EVENTS:

            Girls Shot                    followed by                 Boys Shot

            Boys Discus                followed by                 Girls Discus

            Girls Triple Jump         followed by                 Girls Long Jump

            Boys Long Jump         followed by                 Boys Triple Jump

            Girls High Jump          followed by                 Boys High Jump

            Boys Pole Vault          followed by                 Girls Pole Vault

FIELD EVENT FORMAT:

            In the shot, discus, long and triple jump, each athlete will get four trials and no finals. Athletes will be arranged in flights based on the entries from athletic.net. This seems to allow us to complete our field events as efficiently as possible and have less interference when we begin the running finals.

PARKING:

Buses will drop athletes off in front of our new school (located behind our old school), then we would ask that they be parked below in our old school lot.

RELAYS:

The computer system we use likes to have names of your athletes that will be in the relays.  If it is known who your entries are please list their names.  If the decision of who will be running the relays is going to be made the morning of our meet please be prepared to list the participants at the scratch meeting.

ORDER OF EVENTS AND FINALS:  (GIRLS / BOYS)

1.)    Girls 100M followed by Boys 100M

2.)    3200M (FINALS) Girls then Boys (May run together if the numbers of each are not to great)

3.)    Girls 200M followed by Boys 200M

4.)    Boys 110M Hurdles followed by Girls 100 M Hurdles

Break-20 minutes

                        Finals

1.)    Girls 100M Hurdles, followed by Boys 110M Hurdles

2.)    4 X 200 Meter Relay

3.)    100 Meter Run

4.)    800 Meter Run

5.)    400 Meter Relay

6.)    400 Meter Run

7.)    300 Meter Hurdles

8.)    Sprint Medley Relay

9.)    200 Meter Run

           10)  1600 Meter run

           11)  1600 Meter Relay

 PLACES AND AWARDS:

            Places will be scored 1 – 6 place (10- 8- 6- 4- 2- 1)

            We will medal 1^st and 2^nd place finishers for both boys and girls.  We will Trophy 1^st place girls team and 1^st place boys team.

SPIKE LENGTH:  1/8 “ Maximum (Will be Enforced)
