5:10 4x800m Co-Ed (2 boys, 2 girls)

· We will not be holding a Javelin competition.
· If you will be running multiple relay teams for each race designate A,B,C teams etc.
· All field events will be given 4 attempts no finals.
· We will do Pole Vault pending the weather.
· The 1500 may or may not be combined into one co-ed heat.
· All events will be "Sign up at the event."
· Extra warm ups or late/early attempts will be at the discretion of the event judge.
If you have individuals that would like to help, Please have them check in at the announcers booth.
