Coaches,
This year we will again be utilizing Athletic.net for all the entries to the first H-DN League meet that we are hosting at Del Norte High School on March 28, 2012..
If you do not have and Athletic.net account, please follow this link for instructions on setting up an account. It is very simple and their site is a great management tool for your team.

Please keep the following details in mind. Please keep the following details in mind.
1. For the HDN Track Meet hosted by Del Norte HS on March 28, 2012, there will be a Varsity division and we will be running a Junior Varsity Division for some of the boys' events.
-
More than likely, there will be enough boy entries to have separate heats for the 100M, 200M and 400M.
-
For the 800M, you may enter the kids as JV; however, we will probably run all of them together.
-
The longer distances (1600M & 3200M) will be combined into one heat.
-
For the 4x100M and the 4x400M relays, if there are enough JV teams, we will run a separate heat for them.
-
All the hurdlers will be combined into one or two heats.
-
There is no JV for field events.
2. You may enter as many athletes as you wish in any event. Maximum of 4 events per athlete.
3. Have your entries submitted by 8:00 pm on Monday. March 26th. This will give our Meet Director, Scott Lindsay, the time necessary to upload the information, print the programs and have them available to you prior to the meet on Wednesday.
4. Please, no additions of athletes on the day of the meet. While there may be substitutions, we do discourage it.
5. Coaches, please be prepared to cover duties of the field event for which you have been assigned. Del Norte is responsible for the Pole Vault.
6. Results will be posted on Athletic.net after the meet. In the past, we have usually completed all the results by 10 p.m.
7. Please encourage your team members to clean up the area/stands where they sit.
8. There will be a brief Coaches Meeting at 3:30 by the high jump pit prior to the start of the meet.
Wishing you a successful track season.
Sincerely,
Samuel Escobar, DNHS Head Track Coach
