The meet is setup on this website as invitation only. The meet itself is split into Gold & Silver divisions, with suggested cutoff times/heights/distances for entry into the Gold division. There are no team competitions, athletes may cross divisions (i.e., run on a Gold 4x100 Relay but compete in the Silver Long Jump). The 4x800 & 4x200 Relays are run on Friday as a Gold division only timed final event. The Gold division throws & all Triple Jumps are contested on Friday. Running prelims Friday at 4 pm, field events Saturday at 9 am, running finals at 2 pm Saturday. All times wil be fully automatic. Schools are limited to 5 entries for each running event, 4 entries for each field event, & 2 entries per relay (allowed entries may increase depending o n the amount of schools entered).
