If you arrive at Middletown Town High School around 2:30 pm, you will have less bus congestion. Starting time 3:30 pm. Coaches meeting at 3:00 pm
Scoring:
Scoring will be done according to the National Federation Rule Book for the number of schools participating. Trophies will be awarded to the first and second place teams. Ribbons will be awarded to first through sixth place (Varsity and B-races)
Event Information:

No spikes longer that 1/4" shall be used on the track or jump runways.

After the track events begin, no one will be allowed on the infield.

All field events will be computed as a team score. In the field events, the best performance of each athlete will be added together. Two entries in field events.

Each athlete will receive 3 jumps or throws in the triple jump, long jump, shot put, and discus.

Pole vault will open at 8'0" for boys, 6'0" for girls and increase by 6" intervals. The high jump opening heights are 4'10" for boys and 4'0" for girls.

Boys 4 x 44 meter shuttle hurdle relay - 4 hurdles (36"). Girls 4 x 55 meter shuttle hurdle relay - 4 hurdles (30"). Go lines 4' from the starting line. Starting blocks may be used by all runners.

There will be 1600 and 3200 relay B-races. We will also have a B-shot put for boys and girls with a maximum of 4 entries and B-pole vault for boys and girls with a maximum of 4 entries.

Limited to the first eight teams to apply and pay. entry fees are due by March 14th.

Boys': Shot Put, Long Jump, Pole Vault
Girls': Discus, High Jump, Triple Jump
Boys' Triple will follow Long, Girls' Long will follow Triple.
3:30 pm Distance Medley Relay (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
4:00 pm Shuttle hurdle Relay (4 x 55m) Boys' 36" and Girls' 30"
5:00 pm 800 Meter Relay
5:30 pm 3200 Meter Relay
6:00 pm B-3200 Meter Relay
6:30 pm Sprint Medley Relay (400-200-200-800)
7:00 pm 400 Meter Relay
7:20 pm 1600 Meter Relay
7:40 pm B-1600 Meter Relay
8:30 pm Awards Presentation
