Concessions: Concessions will be provided on-site at reasonable prices - breakfast/lunch and snack/beverage options available.
T-Shirt Sales: FineDesign, Inc. will be provide custom event t-shirt and sweatshirt sales ranging from $15 - $45. Event champions will receive a discount coupon toward the purchase of a Champions Shirt from FineDesigns, Inc.
Timing System: Lynx F.A.T timing system will be used with Pyro-Flash on the Back Stretch
Event Entries: Each high school will be allowed two entries per event and 1 relay team.
Entries: Entries must be submitted by 6:00pm Wednesday, March 28th before the meet. Entries will be accepted via athletic.net only. Only scratches day of meet.
Entry Fees: Entry fees for the meet will be $150.00 per school or $80.00 for either a boys or girls team only. Entry fee MUST be received on or before the meet begins.

Awards: The following awards will be presented:
Individuals/Relay Teams –Medals 1st - 3rd place and Ribbons for 4th - 8th place Event champions will receive a discount coupon toward the purchase of a Champions Shirt from FineDesigns, Inc.
Most Outstanding Athlete - Plaques to Male & Female, both Track & Field
Team - Trophies to First, Second and Third place teams
Combined Team - Trophies to First & Second placed combined team scores
Coaches Breakfast: 9:00-9:30, during this time you will be able to make scratches only. We
will not reseed heats or allowing any other changes after this time.
Results: Will be posted on athletic.net after the meet.
