1. Entries
A. Deadline is Noon (9AM PST) Sunday April 29th - No Overrides will be accepted, validated results only. All entries that do not have a validated time (Splits are not a validated time) will be entered as NT
B. After the deadline, no additions/substitutions will be accepted, only scratches
C. 3 entries per event and 1 relay team - no JVs
D. Teams will be given relay cards at the meet and will be required to turn them into the bullpen upon check-in (at this point the athletes are officially entered)
Note: A scratch still counts as an event. For example, if Cindy from Century is entered in the 100, 200, Long Jump and High Jump -- but scratches the Long Jump after the deadline. She would be ineligible for a relay – her
2. Start
A. All Events will start at 4:00pm with a Coach's meeting at 3:30pm
B. Long/Triple Open Pit 4:00-6:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm
3. Order of Events
A. 100m Semis (B/G)
B. 110m HH Semis
C. 100m HH Semis
D. NOTE: We will NOT be running 200m Semis since we have FAT, save athletes legs and in an effort to save time. This is becoming more common in meets now.
E. 4x800 (G/B)
F. 100m HH Finals
G. 110m HH Finals
H. 100m Final (G/B)
I. 1600m Final (G/B)
J. 4x200 (G/B)
K. 400m Final (G/B)
L. 3200m Final (G/B)
M. 300m Hurdle Final (G/B)
N. 200m Final (G/B)
O. 800m Final (G/B)
P. 4x100 Final (G/B)
Q. 4x400 Final (G/B)
R. Boy's Shot Put and Triple Jump will start first
S. Girl's discus, pole vault, high jump and long jump will start first
4. There will be coaches’ boxes for field events with the exception of long and triple jump, but the fence line should provide the necessary access.
5. Seating - Space for athletes will be available on visitor bleachers as well as the two right-hand sections of the home bleachers (furthest away from the finish line)
6. All bows, feathers and any other unnecessary, decorative items in the hair are illegal (only items allowed are those control the competitor’s hair)
7. We will have a trainer on duty for the entirety of the meet (Keith Taylor, ATC; Maryland Sportscare and Rehab)
8. There will be concessions for the athletes and attendees
9. We will provide refreshments for the coaches and officials
10. We will be scoring top 8 with ribbons given to the top 6 in each event.
11. Opening heights (Pole Vault/High Jump) will be determined by entries
12. In the event of inclement weather, athletes will be required to return to the buses until the ALL CLEAR is signaled
