ENTRY DEADLINE- Friday, April 20th. Coaches will be allowed to make changes to their entries up to 8pm on Sunday, April 22nd. This will
GREATLY reduce the work for all of us at the scratch meeting.
MEET FEES- $40 per team ($80 for boys and girls) payable to "Cimarron High School Athletics" by check (no PO's will be accepted).
Fees must be received 4 days prior to the meet or entries will not be accepted.

TIMES: 1:30pm - Scratch Meeting. Scratches only will be permitted at the scratch meeting.
No additions or substitutions.
3:00pm - Field Events begin (See schedule below)
3:30pm - Running Events begin (See schedule below)
ENTRIES- Four(4) entries per event (distance races are unlimited entries), no exceptions. (Score top three)
One team per Relay, no JV relays.
**ATTENTION COACHES** - If you do not insert a time/distance with your athletes entry, the computer program will place them at the end of each heat by team in alphabetical order. This means they will end up competing against teammates. If the athlete has not competed in that event, please insert a time/distance as best you can.

2:30 pm Mandatory Varsity Coaches Meeting (concession stand)
3:00 pm Field events begin: (NO WEIGH-IN). 4 attempts no finals for shot/disc/jav/triple/long)
Boys Shot(12lb) followed by Girls(4k) (minimum distances 20' & 30')
Girls Discus(1K) followed by Boys(1.6K) (minimum distances 60' & 80')
Boys High Jump followed by Girls (Starting heights 4'0 & 5'0)
Boys Javelin(600gr) followed by Girls(800gr) (minimum distances 60' & 80')
Girls and Boys Pole Vault (Starting heights 5' & 7' Boys will blend with girls at 7')

**Bathrooms are located at the track.
**Teams seating in bleachers only, no camps inside track area.
**No jewlelry, hats or bandanas may be worn during competition. Watches are permitted.
**Athletes must be in a school issued (Short and Top) uniform during competition. Violations result in a DQ.
**Athletes can only compete in 5 events. Not all may be Running or Field, but any combo. Only 3 running events at 400m or above allowed.
**Athletes displaying unsportsmanlike conduct or using profanity will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike behavior towards an official will result in ejection.
** There will be 3 calls per event. Please insure athletes report by 2nd call. Athletes not reported by 3rd call will be scratched.
ALL meet results for every place will be uploaded to Athletic.net that night for coaches access. They wll also be posted during the meet. Managers are not needed at the finish line.
If you have any questions during the meet, you are welcome to go to the "Coaches Window" on the north side the scorers booth.
