Participants are to remain in the stands unless warming up on the back stretch or participating at that time. No one is to be on the infield except participants in the javelin. PLEASE WARN THEM.
The track is RUBBER. The take off boards for the long jump and high jump are rubberized. Pads for the shot and discus are cement.
In the FIELD events we will allow 4 throws total NO FINALS.
The high jump will have to be run in order of the list of Jumpers.
Please enter your athlete in event on athletic.net by Wednesday at 3:00 pm otherwise it will be difficult to set heats and flights properly and will slow things down and cause much more work. Thanks

(every 20 minutes or so)
1) Please no one on the inside of the track unless you are directly involved with a Javelin or Long jump event. You may cause a disqualification.
2) There are schedules of events and times are posted on the poles and walls of the stadium.
3) If you are helping with hurdles please don’t drag them across the track. If you tip them and step inside to carry them it is easier and won’t damage the track.
Relay teams you will find half tennis balls in a bucket by each exchange zone to use for your marks so you don’t leave tape and glue on the surface of the track.
4) Runners, at the completion of your races remain in your lane and return to the finish line to get your time and give your name and school.
