Yuba College Track and Field
Dear Coach:
We are sending you this letter of invitation to your Girls and Boys Varsity Track Teams to compete in first annual John “O” ( Orognen ) Track and Field Invitational at Yuba College. The meet will be held on March 23rd 2012. We will run a varsity only format. We will run several collegiate events (5000 meter run, 1500 meter run and the 400 Intermediate Hurdles). We have had suggestions regarding a modified Steeple Chase that would be up to the teams participating. The cost of the entry fees will be $60.00 per gender team. If you are bringing a few athletes the cost is $5.00 per athlete per event, individual relay teams $15.00 per team. All athletes are welcome to participate in the appropriate gender division regardless of their grade level. I am enclosing the order of events with this email.
If you are interested please email your confirmation by February 23, 2012. We will have the meet entry forms up on Athletic Net sometime in early February. Remember we will only run Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls divisions.
