Far West Subdistrict Meet South
All entries must be in by Friday, Friday May 4 @ 6:00 pm. NO ADDITIONS AFTER THIS TIME.
--Please have a time or mark for each athlete. If they don't have a previous mark, you may estimate. This will help with seeding.
--Three entries per team for each event. You may have others competing as an exhibition athlete only. Please fax a list of exhibition athletes by Friday May 4, 6:00 p.m. to Harbor Lights Middle School 541-347-1280 attn: Chuck McLauchlin.
--Individuals may compete in a maximum of 4 events
--At the end of each race, athletes must stay in their lane and wait for the clerk to dismiss them.

Scratch Meeting and Coaches Meeting: 9:30 am--if you need to change any exhibition athletes to a scoring position please see the scorer before this meeting.
Field Events: 10:00 am
Running Events: 11:30 am

** At the end of each race, please stay in your lane and wait for the clerk to dismiss you. This is needed if there are some timing descrepancies.
** Results for each event will be posted by the concession stand.. They will be also be uploaded to athletic.net following the conclusion of the meet.
** When an event is announced, please check in as soon as possible. Check out of the field events (by telling the official running it) if you must go to another event at the same time. All athletes in running events must check into the clerk when it is announced. The clerk will be at the clerk's circle between the javelin and discus sectors for each of the running events.
** According to league rules, the first false start in a race will be charged to the field. Subsequent false starts the contestant is disqualified.
** The top three (3) finishers from South, Central and North Sub-District in each event will advance to the district meet along with a total of three (3) individual best marks in each event. The individual best marks may come from any of the 3 Sub-District Meets. If one of the top finishers is unable to compete at the District Meet, the next best mark will fulfill the position.
