*Coaches please sign up athletes on Athletic.net by 6 PM on Monday April 23rd. We will take all scratch/additions at the finish line tent before the running events start. The scratch/additions for the field events will be taken at the actual event.
*Pole Vault will be both girls and boys, athletes jumping in when they get to their starting height.

Running Events
No restrictions on entries. Each team will be allowed to enter an unlimited number of athletes in individual events and relays. Please be sure you adhere to the NFHS rule stating athletes may only compete in a maximum of 4 events including relays.
Check-in for all running events will be at the starting line of the event with the clerk of the course. It is the responsibility of the participants to report to the clerk of the course for lane and heat assignments. They will then be taken to the start area. There will be first and last calls for all events.
High Jump
Girls’ opening height is 3’6”
Boys’ opening height is 5’0”
Pole Vault
Girls’ opening height is 5’0”
Boys’ opening height is 6’0”
Long, Triple Jump
4 attempts will be given to each athlete.
Long Jump open pit followed by the Triple Jump
Discus and Shot Put:
4 attempts will be given to each athlete.
