Trout Lake – Glenwood Track and Field District 5 1B

To: District 5 1B Meet Participants
On Friday May 11, 2012, the Trout Lake – Glenwood track team will host the District 5 1B Meet at Eldred Field in Glenwood High School starting at 3:00 with field events and 4:00 with running events. A coaches meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. Unlimited entries will be allowed. In the discus, javelin, shot put, long jump, and triple jump, we will have 3 throws/jumps and then finals with 3 throws/jumps.
Please wear the appropriate shoes, no spikes longer than ¼”. The javelin runway is NOT rubber.
Please tell your bus drivers to stay off the grass.
Please post times or distances for your athletes on Athletic.net. We will try to put the faster athletes in the same heats in the shorter races. The only races that could be combine boys and girls may be the 3200 M. run. This meet is open to high school athletes.
