To all schools,
Welcome to the 2012 NPLMS League Track meet. Just a few notes for the meet. FIrst, all team camps will be on the high school practice field south of the stadium or on the grass area located on the north/south ends of the grand stands.
We will be using our electronic timing. When entering your athletes, make sure there is a seed (time) entered into the system. If an athlete is entered without a time, that athlete will be seeded with a NT. Reminder, only 4 entries for each open event (including field events) and 1 scoring team
We will have 2 High jump pits. Please remind your athletes to check in/out as they go to run other events. We will make every effort to communicate when the height of the bar is moving up.
Please remind your buses to park on the access road that is between the high school and the stadium on to the south. This is a very busy evening as there are other activities happening.
When entering your athletes, please enter the meet that is hosted by Platte Valley. There are 2 meets on May 4, one listed for Valley and one listed for Platte Valley. Please enter athletes on the Platte Valley meet. If not, we will not see the entries and then things will get a bit unsettling. I have sent an error message for the meet entered for Valley but being that I did not schedule this meet then I can not edit it. SO PLEASE ENTER UNDER THE PLATTE VALLEY HOSTED MEET.
