Entry Limit: Each school will receive one entry per gender for all relay events, Each school will receive two entries per gender for the 100/110HH and 300IH, Each school will receive one entry per gender for the 100m Dash, Each school will receive one entry per gender for the 3000m (plus next 8 fastest times), Each school will receive one entry per gender in the frosh/soph 100m and 1500m
Meet Schedule: Running events and field events will begin at 3:00 p.m.
Entry Fee: The entry fee is $200 per team. Please make checks payable to Aloha High School. All fees must be paid by April 7, 2006.
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the top three boy's and girl's teams and medals to the top three individuals & relay teams in each event!
Scoring: All events will be scored (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1). The top 8 times of the day will be scored, regardless of what heat the mark was achieved.
Field Events: The long jump, triple jump, shot put, discus, and javelin will be divided into four flights of eight. All competitors in these events will be given four attempts (no finals).

Weight-Ins: There will NOT be weigh-ins for pole vaulters
Timing/Finish Line Camera: All timing will be done with Pyro Flash Timing System. All decisions made by the meet referee regarding finish video will be final.
Clerk of the Course: The "Check-In" tent for all running events will be located in the infield. All athletes competing in running events must check in prior to their event. All field event athletes will report directly to their field event area.
Scratch Meeting: There will be a scratch meeting at 2:10 p.m. outside the Press Box (Top of grand stand)
*Coaches Note: Please submit FAT times. Conversion: 10.86 hand time, round up to 10.9 + .24 = 11.14 Please have entries in on time.
