Entry Fee: $ 75.00 per team, or $150.00 for both boys and girls team
Entry Deadline: Tuesday, April 8th, 2008, 5:00 pm

Meet Format: In all running events, seeded heats will be run, with the fastest heat being last.
Scoring: Individual - 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1, Relays - 20-16-12-10-8-6-4-2
Rules: SPC event limits, Maximum 6 events. No more than 4 running or 4 field, including relays.
Participant Entry: Per School - maximum 3 individuals per event and 1 relay.
False Start Rule: One false start will be charged to the field, on the next one, the offender is out.
Order of Events
3:00-3:30pm Scratch meeting (Simmons Field storeroom, under the stands)
4:00pm All Field Events, shot (b,g), discus(g,b), high jump(g,b), pole vault (together), long jump, triple jump (will follow the long jump)
In all running events the girls will run first

Plaques will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.
Individual medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each event.
Only substitutions or scratches, no adds, after 5:00pm on Wednesday.
