WELCOME TO THE RAINIER ICEBREAKER INVITATIONAL
The format will be the same as any other meet except for these few changes:
-Two athletes per entry in each event, except relays of course.
-There will be four attempts in all throws, long and triple jumps. No finals.
-Co-Ed Sprint Medley relay will be run (100m-Girl,100m-Boy,200m-Girl,400m-Boy).
-Points per event are: 10-8-6-4-3-2-1, Sprit Medley points double 20-16,12,8,6,4,2 for boys & girls.
-Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) will be used for all races.
AWARDS-Medals will be give out to the top three finishers in each event (Gold, Silver, and Bronze).
-Plaques to the top female and male performer of the meet.
-Team trophy to the top boys and girls team.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
-When: Saturday,March 15th.
-Field events start at 11:00a.m.
-Running events start at 12:00 Noon.
-Where: Rainier High School Track
-Elctronic entries no later then 12:00pm Friday, March 14th.
-Fee $125.00
